Your body has magic response. When you are in the situation that is tough, you may instinctively react “Fight” or “Flight” and it is your natural responding to the decision. Of course you will not know for sure of what will happened whether you choose to fight or to flight out.

Do not let error judgment confused you, do not let anger develop in your inside your body. Let learn to reduce them. Your body has enough energy-resource than greater than any impact or anger. This ability is immeasurable which is bigger than you can imagine. The anger will no longer control you because you are not allow them in to you. Anger is not your supper hero, but you are is your own hero.
