Deal with Your Own Stress

A year and a half that my joints getting sore and I sometimes cannot move them, especially in the early morning. I was not able to be aware of what was going on. My other muscles were so similar case. My mind and my jaw are pretty intend and often very hard for me to try getting up in the morning. I was always thought, that was because I am too old. But I never accepted that as my stress that cause it. I then started to set a little goal to accomplish. As soon as I got up in the morning I have to go straight into my little garden and water my plants. I also do some stretching by gently move my head, and my other joins slowly from side to side. I would hear the crack a bit, but they are not a problem.

I take my time slowly move my back, my neck and others part of my body as much as I could. It takes a while until you feel a bit of completely awake. Then I try to keep things slowly a bit more until I feel I am ready for the day. I took a very long deep breath quit a few times. This way is very effective because my tension muscle/or joins seem to start being normal again. I feel much better for rest of the day

After a basic stretching, I do have another move as well. I do the working out or set up. It is a bit hard when you are very busy and no time. Going to the health club is a very good idea. I do not have to keep myself in the schedule in routine, but my goal is try to go to the gym whenever I can. At the gym sometimes I feel a bit sad because you might ended up seeing some people look great so on…but try to put yourself into the situation of wanting to be great too. At the gym, I look at myself as a champion. Finally, I found that when you are trying your best to keep accomplishing your mini goal, and doing exercise are the best key to keeping yourself strong again. Stress is for everyone, it is not being to anyone, but only you are stronger than you can kick it away.
