I have been very active in class, but yet some students are not prefer to be very active. As a teacher, when you take a look deeply around your classroom, you will see the different type of learner in one classroom. Then you might need to adopt situation into a different classroom type.

When in the classroom of teaching, you should consider stronger students paired with weaker ones can reinforce their task comprehension and communicative abilities while the weaker ones are able to keep up with the pace of the lesson without feeling de-motivated. As a result, students establish a positive learning environment for themselves by helping each other as peer teachers. The relationship is getting more and more in the classroom. For my experience, the classroom is becoming the place where exchange idea and raise up varies of topic.
